Leclere-Minard is a small (2.3 hectare) estate run by the supremely talented Clément Leclere, 4th generation of his family to do so. Working organically he crafts Champagne based primarily on Pinot... Meunier using a highly localised approach to his various terroirs. ‘La Regle D'or’ (golden rule) is a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay which displays excellent balance and length.
