Falcon Vintners Ltd was established in 1995 and is a wine company specializing in supplying its clients with some of the world’s best fine and rare wines.
Falcon is a stock holder and holds a wide selection of wines from all over Europe and the New World, but has a particularly extensive selection of Italian wine.
Managing Director, Eric Sabourin, has nearly three decades experience in the wine trade starting with French wine merchants Nicolas in 1994. Until 2004 he was also a principal of Connoisseur Wine School before deciding to focus on Falcon following his management buy-out in September 2004. The Sabourins also spent a year in Hong Kong in 2014/5 to develop our Asian markets and experience life in the Far East.
The team at Falcon Vintners makes frequent trips to various wine regions and international trade fairs, meeting with producers and wine-makers to ensure that they can offer their clients the best selection of wine from some of the most sought-after producers.
Falcon Vintners also enjoys several relationships with smaller, lesser known vineyards that they have “discovered” on their travels. These selections offer fantastic wines at very competitive prices and give exclusivity to Falcon’s clients, as these wines are not always found with other wine companies.

How We Work
At Falcon Vintners, we take pride in our old-fashioned, hands-on approach to discovering and sharing fine wines with others who appreciate them as deeply as we do.
For three decades, we’ve cultivated close, reliable partnerships with a select group of suppliers and collectors across Europe. Thanks to these trusted longstanding relationships, we’re able to offer you rare wines from bygone eras—at fair and sensible prices.
Provenance and condition are at the core of everything we do. We source each wine only from individuals and suppliers we know personally and trust deeply. Before a bottle ever reaches our temperature-controlled warehouse in the UK, it is inspected twice—once at its original location and again upon arrival—ensuring that every bottle we sell is in the best possible condition.
We have a soft spot for wines with real aging potential and timeless charm. Most of the bottles in our portfolio are ready to drink now but still have years of life ahead. From Barolo and Barbaresco dating back to the 1950s to iconic Super Tuscans, legendary Bordeaux, and cult Burgundy cuvées, every wine we offer has a story to tell and the promise of a bright future in your cellar, or your glass.
