About Us

Falcon Vintners Ltd was established in 1995 and is a wine company specializing in supplying its clients with some of the world’s best fine and rare wines.

Falcon is a stock holder and holds a wide selection of wines from all over Europe and the New World, but has a particularly extensive selection of Italian wine.

Managing Director, Eric Sabourin, has nearly three decades experience in the wine trade starting with French wine merchants Nicolas in 1994. Until 2004 he was also a principal of Connoisseur Wine School before deciding to focus on Falcon following his management buy-out in September 2004.  The Sabourins also spent a year in Hong Kong in 2014/5 to develop our Asian markets and experience life in the Far East.

The team at Falcon Vintners makes frequent trips to various wine regions and international trade fairs, meeting with producers and wine-makers to ensure that they can offer their clients the best selection of wine from some of the most sought-after producers.

Falcon Vintners also enjoys several relationships with smaller, lesser known vineyards that they have “discovered” on their travels. These selections offer fantastic wines at very competitive prices and give exclusivity to Falcon’s clients, as these wines are not always found with other wine companies.
