EnquiryCask sample. Pretty pale garnet. Heady, voluptuous nose. Sweet start and extremely polished tannins. A light vegetal note. But interesting and well balanced with just a hint of beetroot. Rather beautiful balance – great texture with the silkiest of tannins. You could enjoy this tonight. Lively and light.
