Serralunga d’Alba. Just mid ruby. A complex nose loaded with spicy savoury fruit and saline hints. Youthful and generous red-fruit palate with finely ground tannins that stick to the palate. Elegant and suave and with surprisingly well-behaved tannins for Serralunga and ready now. A very pretty wine, all the same. (WS)
