Enquiry80% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre. Bitter, peppery palate with more savoury substance than primary fruit. High, grippy tannin. Good acidic crispness too, although the tannin conquers all at this stage. Needs a long siesta in bottle before being roused. (RH)
