Leclere-Minard is a small (2.3 hectare) estate run by the supremely talented Clément Leclere, 4th generation of his family to do so. Working organically he crafts Champagne based primarily on Pinot... Meunier using a highly localised approach to his various terroirs.
Frimas is Clément’s only wine based solely on Chardonnay. It is a bright and complex wine with apricot, blossom and citrus on the nose with a hint of toasty richness.
