Enquiry(12% alcohol): Deep yellow color. Minerals, lime and intense notes of aromatic herbs on the nose. Dry and mineral-driven on the palate too, with ripe orchard fruit flavors that seem a little overwhelmed by the wine’s acidity. Finishes steely, minerally and long.
